What if my client wants to speak directly with the 3D team?
We speak as the 3D team at your agency, under your name.
What are the lead times?
For standard projects, images are delivered in 72 hours and videos in 7 days. We confirm the exact schedule based on the brief and project complexity.
Who owns the files?
You or your client, whichever you choose.
What if the client is not satisfied?
Two feedback rounds are included. We make adjustments until approval.
I already have a 3D provider. Why switch?
You don’t have to switch. Keep them for what they do well, and entrust us with complex projects or peaks in demand, with nothing for you to manage.
Is there a minimum volume commitment?
No commitment. A volume discount applies from three projects per month.
